Dilworth Community Information

Dilworth is located east of Moorhead, along Highway 10 and is a quick and easy drive from the Fargo-Moorhead metro area. It offers small town living close to the amenities of a larger city. The city of Dilworth also offers the following incentives:

  • Two Year Tax Abatement (no cap on value)
  • Free Family Pool Pass (for two years)

Incentives are not transferable from one homeowner to another. When sold, all remaining incentives that exist at the date of closing will terminate at that time. This does not include a contractor selling real estate to a homeowner unless the contractor homesteaded the property prior to sale. Property owner incentives, as listed above, are available only upon the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. For questions, contact the city administrator—Peyton Mastera—(218) 287-2313
