We want to especially recognize and appreciate Hollie for all of her guidance and excellent communication through the entire process. From selling our previous home (very quickly!) to answering all of our questions and guiding us through the build, we couldn’t have had as successful of an experience without her! Hollie sold our house within 24 hours!!! We didn't need any advertising or anything! She was amazing! She had a plan but we didn't even need it. Soo happy! Hollie is absolutely amazing. We randomly found Hollie while looking for our first home 5 years ago. Little did we know we were getting the best realtor in town! Hollie is the most patient and knowledgable person and helped my husband and I make one of the biggest decisions thus far in our lives—BUYING A HOME! Not only did we use Hollie for buying our first home, but she helped us sell iit years later after outgrowing it. Hollie made us feel comfortable and kept things simple to understand. We had little knowledge in home buying/selling and she made it quite easy! I’m not quite sure when she slept as she would answer our emails in the middle of the night! She was ALWAYS quick to respond whether it be texting/calling/emails. We sold our home in less than 24hours for asking price and we were very satisfied. I did some research and found that Hollie and Jodi T. were active in the FM Realtor's Association and knew I would be treated with integrity. Hollie worked with our time schedule which helped us immensely because we live 90 miles out of town. At one point when we decided to quit looking and maybe find a place to rent Hollie showed 100 percent understanding. She voiced no complaint and didn't try to persuade us otherwise. Two days later the situation changed again and it was easy to have Hollie start working for us again. A couple days later all parties had come to agreement and we were cruising towards the closing!
